No. If you are allergic to iodine you must tell your doctor not to use any iodine solution.

If you also get a biopsy, it is recommended that you abstain from any sexual activity for 3-4 days. If after the biopsy you have any vaginal discharge with blood, it is recommended that you abstain from sex for a week.

Can you get a colposcopy during pregnancy?

Yes, you can, if there is a relevant indication, e.g. an abnormal Pap test. Biopsies may also be performed if deemed necessary.
